Lance Reid, CEO
As CEO, Lance drives Telcion’s mission “to embrace the latest technology and inspire our customers so they reap the benefits.” Besides managing the company, he works closely with clients to architect new solutions that solve specific client needs.
Lance got his entrepreneurial start early, beginning his first business at age 19 and then growing it to become recognized as the youngest president of an Inc. 500 company in 1997 at age 25. Today, he has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years and has a history of building successful companies, as well as long-standing partner and client relationships. He has been a longtime advocate of Cisco technologies and was recently named to Cisco’s SMB Advisory Board. Lance is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in Collaboration.
Ryan Flud, VP of Engineering
Ryan’s responsibilities include managing Telcion’s extraordinary engineering team, the continued improvement of Telcion’s implementation policies, as well as creating new tools and services for enhanced client support.
Ryan’s background has always been in technology, specifically in the engineering and support field. He has managed several teams of engineers and developed successful practices around the implementation and support of networking solutions. Ryan is a Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) and holds a PMP certification for project management from the Project Management Institute.
Michelle Padilla, CFO
Michelle’s responsibilities include managing Telcion’s finances, purchasing, and Admin team. This also includes creating the processes and practices used to manage client contracts, orders and payments, maintain corporate spending and supervise the members of our office and administrative staff.
Michelle’s background is in finance and HR within the technology and legal fields. She has been successful in organizing finances, controlling costs, and developing a strong staff of administrators.
Shirley Turner, VP of Sales & Marketing
Shirley’s responsibilities include overseeing Telcion’s sales and marketing efforts. She manages all aspects of lead management, demand generation, and brand awareness for the company.
Shirley has an extensive background in the high tech world, coming from a 24-year career at Intel, with experience in finance, manufacturing operations, product marketing, channel marketing, and sales.
