The Leadership Team at Telcion is comprised of three highly talented individuals with responsibilities in various areas within the company.
These members and their roles are as follows:
Lance Reid – CEO
Lance’s main focus as CEO is to create and carry out the vision and strategy for Telcion. He also manages engineering support for the sales team.
Lance has been in technology for over 18 years and has a history of building successful companies as well as long standing partner and client relationships. Not only is he an accomplished business owner, but is a Cisco Certified Internetworking Engineer (CCIE) with a unique specialization in voice.
Ryan Flud – VP of Professional Services
Ryan’s responsibilities include managing Telcion’s extraordinary engineering team, the continued improvement of Telcion’s implementation policies and procedures as well as creating new tools and services for enhanced client support and benefit.
Ryan’s background has always been in technology, specifically in the engineering and support field. He has managed several teams of engineers and developed successful practices around the implementation and support of networking solutions.
Michelle Bergman – Controller
Michelle’s responsibilities include managing Telcion’s finances, purchasing and Admin team. This also includes creating the processes and practices used to manage client contracts, orders and payments, maintain corporate spending and supervise the members of our office and administrative staff.
Michelle’s background is in finance and HR within the technology and legal fields. She has been successful in organizing finances, controlling costs and developing a strong staff of administrators.
