Lance Reid serves as CEO of Telcion Communications Group, which he co-founded in 2002. He has worked in the technology industry for over 25 years and has a history of building successful companies and long-standing client relationships. In addition to leading the company, he works closely with clients to architect new solutions that solve complex IT requirements.

In his free time, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, being an instrument rated pilot, teaching Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University classes, and being actively involved in local church ministry.

Michelle Padilla serves as President and COO for Telcion Communications Group. She is responsible for executing the company’s strategic plan and overseeing the finance department as well as all daily operations. Michelle has been with Telcion for 17 years, with previous roles as VP of Finance and HR Manager. She remains passionate about creating an encouraging company culture with highly motivated and positive people.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys serving at her church and spending time with her grandchildren.

Michelle has a Master of Science in Management and Leadership.

Ryan Flud serves as the VP of Service Delivery at Telcion Communications Group, striving for seamless execution of technology initiatives and alignment with strategic goals. With a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction, Ryan drives projects to deliver measurable results for clients and the company.

In his free time, he loves spending time with family and friends, preferably outdoors.

Ryan holds a PMP certification for project management from the Project Management Institute.

Eric Mueller serves as VP of Sales at Telcion Communications Group. Eric has worked in the technology industry for over 15 years, in positions ranging from operational, account management, and sales. He leads the sales team and is responsible for sales operations and client experience. He is passionate about providing best in class service to our clients.

In his free time, Eric loves to hang out with his wife, Renee, and dog, Emmi. He is an avid jet skier and serves as a pastor to prisoners behind prison walls.

Jeff Senger is the Vice President of Technology at Telcion Communications Group, with over 20 years of experience in integrating technical expertise with client-centric solutions. Jeff leads engineering initiatives with a hands-on approach, working closely with clients to design customized technology solutions that deliver impactful results. Dedicated to continuous learning and leadership, Jeff plays a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the engineering team.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Craig Urrizola is the Vice President of Engineering and Consulting at Telcion, where he runs our project team and CIO consulting practice. With 20+ years of experience as a CIO in industry, he brings deep expertise to our clients through strategic projects and consulting.

In his free time, Craig enjoys golfing and piloting planes.

Aimee Gomes is Telcion’s Controller and handles all things HR and finance. She handles invoices and billing with a wink and a smile, and is everyone’s favorite person on payday.

When she’s not processing payroll, Aimee loves to spend time with her kids and grandkids.

Eric Grimm is Telcion’s Director of Security, tackling everything from cybersecurity assessments to remediating risks in our clients’ environments. He hold an M.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and a slew of cybersecurity certifications, which he loves to put to use in keeping our clients safe from cyber threats.

In his free time, Grimm loves to spend time with his family and try new white hat hacking methodologies.

Theresa White is Telcion’s Executive Operations Associate, and also manages Telcion’s marketing efforts. She loves to tackle all things administrative and operational, all with some pep in her step (and probably a funny GIF or meme).

Outside of work, Theresa is the singer-songwriter in a narrative folk band and enjoys serving with the special needs ministry at her church.

John Hinckley is Telcion’s Senior Security Engineers, specifically focusing on Cisco technologies.

When he’s not at work, John loves to BBQ, go to the beach, and spend time with his wife.

Tony Swanson is one of Telcion’s Business Technology Consultants (BTCs), with nearly 10 years of experience delivering custom solutions packages to our clients. Tony approaches each new deal with great care and thoughtfulness and always seeks to put our clients needs first.

Outside of work, Tony is a licensed pastor and enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and serving in the men’s ministry at church. He’s also a Seahawks fan!

Spencer Boyd is one of Telcion’s Network Engineers, specifically with contact center and wireless projects. He’s one of Telcion’s greatest team players and is always happy to help.

In his free time, Spencer is an amateur hand radio enthusiast and serves on the AV team at his church

Robert Maravilla is a Network Engineer at Telcion—though he also does security work through our SOC!

Outside of work, you can find Robert watching any and all sports.

Efrain Calderon is one of Telcion’s faithful Help Desk Technicians. He also does strategic project work for our help desk clients.

When he’s not at work, Efrain enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with his son.

Jerry Gonzalez is one of Telcion’s Help Desk Technicians. He handles tickets, troubleshoots issues, and makes sure that no one forgets to take it easy.

When he’s not at work, Jerry loves to coach his kids’ sports teams.

Jon Buenaventura is Telcion’s Procurement Clerk and makes sure that all our orders get fulfilled and processed.

When he’s not at work, Jon enjoys spending time at home with his family.

Royce Meredith is Telcion’s HIT Specialist on the help desk team. He’s healthcare oriented but is happy to serve any client, rain or shine!

Outside of work, Royce enjoys serving on the worship team at his church and spending time with his family.

Taylor Urrizola is Telcion’s Application Specialist and works on all things software engineering and business analytics. If you need a dashboard built, Taylor is your guy!

When he’s not being a data wizard, Taylor enjoys reading science fiction and bowling.

Braxton Fletcher is Telcion’s Inside Sales Representative, helping with all things quoting and lead generation. He supports the sales team in any way he can, and brings humor and expertise to all his deals.

Outside of work, Braxton loves to race cars, travel, and try new restaurants.

Corey McCann is one of Telcion’s Helpdesk Technicians. He likes learning new technology and handling tickets.

When he’s not at work, Corey enjoys playing golf and watching scary movies!

Anthony Collins is one of Telcion’s Helpdesk Technicians. He likes solving complex problems and finding solutions for issues before they become difficult.

Jose Hernandez is Telcion’s Cabling Operations Manager. He is the point person for all things cabling!
