Channel Partner Program

Our Channel Partner Program helps Cisco partners like you grow your unified communications and security business. We provide access to a range of services designed to help you increase your revenue and achieve your goals. We are a partner’s partner, enabling you to accept business you may not be certified or experienced in selling and deploying. We only offer Cisco and Meraki solutions to our clients.

Our target client…

…has between 100-2000+ employees.

We specialize in collaboration and security with experience in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, financial services, and non-profits. 

We offer competitive commissions.

Our commission payout recommendations are designed to incentivize partner growth. Commission rates will be determined based on the type of service provided, the amount of revenue generated, along with the contribution the partner has in the specific opportunity. A partner will choose which tier they want to start with and can work to prove value in other tiers to move up in the payout structure. The partner must prove they can provide the tiered services to help the opportunities move through their stages. 

TIER 3

10% of GP

Referral-only payout. 

TIER 2

15% of GP

Partner support in helping close the opportunity. Activity includes actively engaging on all calls, being a driving force with the client to show value of solutions, co-selling with Telcion. 

TIER 1

18% of GP 

Partner does all demos & pre-sales activities. Telcion brings support for deal registrations, bill of material, designs, proposal creation, and managed services of the solution. 

Commission payouts occur when Telcion is paid for the services by the end client. All commissions are paid in arrears for the service timeframe. If the client pays monthly, annually or prepaid, the partner will be paid the commission in the same manner upon funds are received by Telcion. Individual opportunity gross profit will be shared with the partner to show recurring and one-time gross margins.

Marketing Support Services

  • We will provide partners with professionally designed marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and other materials to help them effectively promote and sell Cisco Unified Communications and security products. 

  • Our training programs are designed to help partners develop their marketing skills and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

  • We will work with partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, leveraging our combined resources to increase visibility and drive demand for Cisco Unified Communications and security products. 

Technical Support for End Products

  • Our technical support team is available to quickly respond to any queries or issues raised by our partner’s customers. 

  • Our experts will work closely with our partners to develop customized solutions to meet their specific needs, ensuring high-quality results. 

  • Our team of certified experts is knowledgeable about Cisco Unified Communications and security products, ensuring that partners receive accurate and reliable technical support for end clients.

Considerations for Partnering with Telcion

  • All deal registrations will be in your client’s name, per Cisco guidelines. 

  • Telcion will not market to your client for any other services—you own the client relationship. 

  • We are looking for partners who want to improve their Cisco practice and need help to sell technologies they may not be as familiar with or certified to sell. 

  • We respect and honor relationships and value these relationships with you and your teams to provide value, care for your end client, along with tools and resources to successfully sell Cisco solutions.
